Canvas: Boarding Ticket"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Boarding Ticket can be filled out by participants to introduce themselves, their project, and their expectations. If multiple people\nfrom the same project are attending, it is recommended that each person fills out their own ticket. This can already lead to interesting\ninsights, such as when individuals from the same project note differing visions. The tickets can also be displayed and later used\nduring the transfer phase \u2013 the conclusion of the event \u2013 to reflect and draw personal lessons. If possible, attach a photo of the\nrespective participant next to their ticket. This creates an easy reference to associate names with faces and projects. For fixed\nseating arrangements, tickets can be displayed according to the seating order, eliminating the need for name tags.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The fields on the Boarding Ticket should be self-explanatory. A few tips:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Under Project\/Initiative, participants representing an organization can list the organization along with their role or function within it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Under Destination\/Goal, references can be made to relevant SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals). Alternatively, participants can\nlist the values that matter most to them and should guide implementation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">For Vision or Target Photo, participants are encouraged to be creative and illustrative, sketching or writing out their vision.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Under Take-Off, participants can note what their project \u2013 or they\npersonally \u2013 need to move closer to their vision or how the event\nmight help them achieve this and what they expect from it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to Boarding Tickets, creating sociograms has proven to be\nan effective way to start an event. For this activity, participants position\nthemselves in the room according to the facilitator\u2019s questions and\nprompts.
