Crisis Governance \u2013 Agile Leadership in Hypercomplex Challenges.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Demokratie in Zeiten der Corona… so k\u00f6nnte man die aktuelle Situation umschreiben. Eine Krise jagt die andere, w\u00e4hrend das Vertrauen in das Krisenmanagement unserer Institutionen schwindet. Gerade jetzt kommt es also darauf an, unsere Krisenreaktion den komplexen Herausforderungen anzupassen. Wir m\u00fcssen Krisen-Governance neu denken und aufstellen. Dazu bieten wir ein aktuelles F\u00fchrungsseminar an.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Crises are best tackled together. How do we transition from a reactive to a co-creative crisis management mode? How do we shift from top-down and state+administration-driven approaches to a bottom-up, civil society+business-driven process? 
In other words, what kind of collaborative, agile, activating moderation and coordination is needed now in organizations (e.g., hospitals), associations (e.g., church), and communities (e.g., municipalities)? Or in technical terms: How do we expand our crisis governance infrastructure now \u2013 for the present and beyond?
Crisis governance addresses the way, the HOW of dealing with crises: How do we make the most appropriate decisions and implement them together under tremendous pressure? The key lies in activating societal resources, switching from reactive to co-creative crisis mode. Because profound societal crises can only be solved through more intersectoral and transversal governance \u2013 meaning participation. The characteristic of crises is precisely that established institutions, structures, and processes are overwhelmed. It requires new paths beyond the usual responsibilities and routines. Crisis governance develops and optimizes these paths, thus ensuring genuine crisis management during and after the crisis. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event is structured as a designed as a toolshop.<\/strong> In a toolshop, participants learn tools for a specific problem in democracy development and develop concrete solutions and methods for their own problem case. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The training will be conducted as a webinar<\/strong> (online) if enough interested parties sign up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

IMPORTANT: Since we are currently busy with many projects, the trainings are not our highest priority. However, feel free to contact us if you are interested.
