The acadamy for learning democracy (Akademie lernende Demokratie) is dedicated to procedural power in politics.
We offer training sessions, coaching, and consulting aimed at enabling politics and administration to effectively and sustainably manage problem-solving processes. Our focus is on MPs, parliamentary assistants, and administrative staff.
Our core topics include:
- Crisis Governance: Mastering crises together. Duration: approx. 2 hrs.
- Democracy Politics: Leveraging the opportunities of democracy development and public personnel development. Duration: approx. 2 hrs.
- Participation ScienceWhen and how citizen participation is meaningful. Basics: approx. 3 hrs., with procedural knowledge: approx. 6 hrs.

The training sessions can be customized – as internal or external, closed or open training sessions, tailored to your needs.
