In order for our democracies to evolve into learning systems and for everyday democratic processes to become more participatory and effective, we need educated individuals who possess the necessary skills. Our long-term goal is to professionalize democracy development and establish a comprehensive qualification program for it.

In our trainings, we provide knowledge and skills that contribute to improving your work as a politician, administrative staff member, or decision-maker in a civil society institution or company. In a small way, we aim to contribute to making our democracy and society more learning-oriented, sustainable, and better in the long term.
Our expertise is primarily owed to Dr. Raban Daniel Fuhrmann, who has developed profound methodological, conceptual, and moderation skills through over 500 events and has demonstrated his abilities in various assignments and teaching activities (learn more here). Additionally, we have a wide network of trainers and speakers.
