School of Participation

The School of Participation dreams of a society in which more people participate. And we need this participation to solve the major challenges of our time together, be it in politics, but also in the economy and civil society.

What makes the School of Participation so special is that it is organized in a participatory manner itself and encompasses a dual and thus practice-oriented education.

The training lasts for one year. During the day, the students work in organizations, and in the evenings, they participate in online classes. Throughout the year, four weeks of in-person sessions are scheduled. Digital classes take place on 3-4 evenings per week.

Therefore, the students learn practically in leading organizations on the one hand, and theoretically from the most experienced minds in class on the other hand.
