All strands are aligned with your vision (How should the project shape the future, and what does this future look like?) and mission (Where does your project come from? What drives you?). Together, the vision and mission form the purpose (Why are you doing this?). Above all stands the brand formula (p. 20/21), which serves as a constant reminder of the promise y ou aim to fulfill.
Target Group Strand: For whom is your project, and how will you attract their attention? Write down your target group and their needs/issues here. You can also note whether and how you plan to advertise to reach the target group more effectively.
Product Strand: Here, list your offerings/products and the goals associated with them. Record individual actions on the left side and move them along the line toward the top right as progress is made – bringing you closer to your goal and the vision/mission! Keep achieved goals near the vision/mission until the next “harvest festival” so you can see how individual actions are developing, which ones are moving quickly, and which are stalling.
Team Strand: This section is about you. Write down the different roles within your team (e.g., who is responsible for administration), assign these roles to individuals, and include your partners. Additionally, document what resources (financial, etc.) are available to you, where they come from, and what resources you might obtain in the future.
Core Values Strand:This is about your shared core values. What are they? What change in values do you want to achieve? What conflicts could arise (or already exist) due to your values – within the team, with partners, etc.?
Context Strand: This focuses on the environment, society, and timeframes in which your project operates. What trends and developments benefit the project – or hinder it? What disruptions exist in your environment? What course of action results from this for the project: How will you address these issues, resolve problems, or use developments to your advantage?
Kairos: In connection with the context, Kairos also plays a role. Is the time ripe? When is the right moment for your project?
